Each plan gives a set amount every month; past it, credits are used. The Your plan page, in the account menu at the top right, shows what is left of yours.

Every new account starts with 10 credits - 10 extra receipts, or 250 extra statement lines - for when the month's allowance is used.

Once a plan's figures are used, credit is taken like this: Scanning a receipt - 1 credit each; Bank statement lines - 1 credit for every 25; Asking about your spending - 1 credit each; Asking the help assistant - 1 credit each; Voice message (ask and answer) - 1 credit each; Live conversation (per minute) - 5 credits each.

More credit: invite a friend, or buy 30 credits (30 extra receipts) for C$2.99 on the Your plan page. Credit never runs out.
