Of course. Tap your name at the top right, then Help & support, and write your question. It goes straight to the team with your account details, and the reply comes back in Help. When the team answers, you are also told by email, and on Telegram if your account is linked, so there is no need to keep checking. You can write back in the same place, and the whole conversation stays together. If the assistant in Help cannot answer a question itself, it passes it to a person in the same way.
