Features · Fixed costs
The biggest money in your month never comes with a receipt.
Rent, the mortgage, insurance, the phone, a subscription. None of them hands you a slip, so a receipt app cannot see them — and every figure built without them is confidently wrong. Tell the app once, in one line, and they count in every month they are due.

How it works
Three ways in, each a single gesture.
Type it the way you would say it
Rent 1850 on the 1st every month. Storage unit 90 on the 12th. The line becomes a fixed cost — monthly, weekly or yearly.
Or tap a ready one
Rent, mortgage, phone, internet, insurance, subscription: one tap fills in everything but the amount. Something else lets you name your own.
Or say yes to a suggestion
When your receipts show the same shop paid at least three times, at nearly the same amount and the same spacing, the app suggests it as a fixed cost. One tap to accept.
Counted in the month
The figure left is the figure really left.
A fixed cost counts in the month it is due, so a budget that shows money left means money left after the rent. The sheet says how much of this month is promised, how much of that has not gone out yet, and what your day-to-day spending comes to on top.
A monthly cost added on the second of the month still belongs to this month: the rent due on the first is not missed because you told the app a day late.

Common questions
How do I add rent or a subscription?
Open Fixed costs from your account, then type a line such as rent 1850 on the 1st every month, or tap one of the ready buttons and add the amount.
Can it find my subscriptions for me?
When a shop has been paid at least three times at nearly the same amount and at nearly the same spacing, it is suggested as a fixed cost. You decide whether to keep it.
Weekly and yearly too?
Yes. A fixed cost can be weekly, monthly or yearly. A yearly one keeps its own date as its anniversary.
Do fixed costs count in my budget?
Yes. They count in the month they are due, so the figure the gauge shows as left is left after them.
Where next
Add the rent first.
It is the largest number in most months, and the one every other figure depends on.
