What it costs

Each plan gives a set amount every month; past it, credits are used. The Your plan page, in the account menu at the top right, shows what is left of yours.

Free (free) - Scanning a receipt: 30 a month; Bank statement lines: 50 a month; Asking about your spending: 20 a month; Asking the help assistant: 300 a month · up to 30 a day; Voice message (ask and answer): 20 a month; Live conversation (per minute): Only with extra credit; open: spreadsheet export, downloading receipt photos.

Plus (C$4.99 a month) - Scanning a receipt: 300 a month; Bank statement lines: 50 a month; Asking about your spending: 500 a month; Asking the help assistant: 600 a month · up to 50 a day; Voice message (ask and answer): 100 a month; Live conversation (per minute): 20 a month · up to 15 a day; open: spreadsheet export, downloading receipt photos.

Every new account starts with 10 credits - 10 extra receipts, or 250 extra statement lines - for when the month's allowance is used.

Once a plan's figures are used, credit is taken like this: Scanning a receipt - 1 credit each; Bank statement lines - 1 credit for every 25; Asking about your spending - 1 credit each; Voice message (ask and answer) - 1 credit each; Live conversation (per minute) - 5 credits each.

More credit: invite a friend, or buy 30 credits (30 extra receipts) for C$2.99 on the Your plan page. Credit never runs out.

Nothing is ever charged without telling you first.
